Agents' ASIC form histories

Corporate Compliance and Corporate Admin will be retired on 15 April 2024.
You won't be able to use either software after 15 April 2024. Learn what this means for you

The ASIC Forms History tab lists the ASIC reports requested by the selected agent. See Requesting agent reports from ASIC.

This list contains:

  • ASIC Form (report request) and description:

    • RA17 — Amendment Status Report

    • RA61 — Review Date Report

  • Date when report request was lodged.

  • Date when report request was completed.

  • Status of the report request:

    • Incomplete

    • Completed not lodged

    • Completed awaiting report

    • Completed report

To view an agent’s ASIC forms history
  1. Select and open the agent. See Agents. The agent’s screen opens at the Details tab.
  2. Click the ASIC Forms History tab.
    From this tab you can: 
    • View a form: To view a form, select it in the display panel and click View form on the Task Bar. The form will display on the Print preview screen.

    • View reports received (see Viewing reports received from ASIC).

    • Delete a form: You can delete a form if it is not in a batch to be lodged. To delete a form, select it in the display panel and click Delete form on the Task Bar.

  3. Click Close to return to the Agents selection list.
