Backup files list

Corporate Compliance and Corporate Admin will be retired on 15 April 2024.
You won't be able to use either software after 15 April 2024. Learn what this means for you

The currently available backup files are displayed on the Backup and Restore screen.

From this list you can:

Change the backup file description.
Change the backup file retention type.
Restore a backup file.
Delete a backup file.
Take an immediate backup of the Corporate Compliance database.

To open the backup files list

Open the Corporate Compliance Utilities Backup and Restore screen.See Backup and restore.
Click Backup and Restore on the Task Bar. The Corporate Compliance database backups list is displayed.

The Corporate Compliance backup system will only keep backup files for the number of weeks specified on the Settings screen. To keep a backup file permanently, or for longer than the specified period, set the backup file to Retain. Backup files set as Retain will not be deleted by the Corporate Compliance backup service. You can delete these files manually when they are no longer required.
