- Click Reports > Corporations > Register of Members from the main menu. The Find a corporation window opens.
- If necessary, find the corporation by searching or sorting.
- Select the required corporation and click OK. The Register of Members report opens.
Each shareholding group appears on a separate page.
Share transactions are grouped by Primary and Joint Shareholders, Class and Beneficially Held. If a person holds shares as sole owner plus shares held jointly with another person, these are considered to be two different holdings.
Shareholders are displayed in alphabetical order. The shares for each member are listed in ascending transaction date order, with the oldest transaction first.
