To print/preview a Corporations Register of Officeholders report
Select Reports > Corporations > Register of Officeholders from the main menu. The Register of officers report screen opens.
If necessary, find the corporation by searching or sorting. When found, double-click the company name to display it in the Corporation field on the Register of officers report screen.
Enter the Show officers as at date or use the drop-down calendar.
Select Include former officers if you want to include ceased officers in the report.
Click OK.The selected Register of officeholders report opens.
