Corporate Compliance backups that are marked as Not Retain are deleted by the system when they are older than the number of weeks specified by your practice. The check for out–of–date backup files is performed when a Corporate Compliance backup is taken, and when a Corporate Compliance backup file is deleted.
You can also clear out old backup files manually at any time.
- Open the Corporate Compliance Utilities Backup and Restore screen. See Backup and restore.
- Click Backup and Restore on the Task Bar. The Corporate Compliance database backups list is displayed.
- Click Delete out of date backup files. The system deletes any backup files marked as Not Retain, that are older than the number of weeks the databases are kept for as specified in the backup settings.
