Setting user security access for Corporate Compliance is optional. When you install Corporate Compliance the user security is turned off by default.
The security system is flexible - you can choose to use the Windows authentication (user logon provided by Windows), or set up unique logon names and passwords that must be entered by users when accessing Corporate Compliance, Corporate Compliance Utilities and Corporate Compliance Backup.
You can select one of three security levels:
Level 1 - No security
Level 2 - Security: automated logon using windows user logon
Level 3 - Security: logon name and password required.
Changing the security level will not affect the list of users or change any user logon details.
