You can restrict access to Corporate Compliance, Corporate Compliance Utilities and/or Corporate Compliance Backup separately.
Users can be assigned either of two roles — Administrator or User.
- An Administrator is automatically granted unlimited access to Corporate Compliance, Corporate Compliance Utilities, Corporate Compliance Backup and security. The Administrator, nominated by the user, can change password details for any users.
- A User can be prevented from accessing Corporate Compliance, Corporate Compliance Utilities or Corporate Compliance Backup. A User cannot access security however, Users can change passwords at any logon session. MYOB Support can assist if users have forgotten their logon names and passwords.
A limited audit trail is provided. Information logged when a user action occurs includes identification of the machine, and user ID. Users will not lose the user security information entered for a database when moving a database from one server to another.
