User access security checking on opening Corporate Compliance

Corporate Compliance and Corporate Admin will be retired on 31 March 2024.
You won't be able to use either software after 31 March 2024. Learn what this means for you

When you open the Corporate Compliance application or the Corporate Compliance Utilities, the system will check the security settings for the selected database.

• If security is not enabled, Corporate Compliance will open and no checks will be made against the user list for this database.
• If security is enabled and the administrator has nominated the windows logon to be used, the windows logon will be verified against the list of users that have access to this database.
• If security is enabled and the administrator has nominated that you need to enter a unique logon name and password to gain access to the application, the user logon window displays.

In the case where you have lost the password for all users and cannot access Corporate Compliance, contact MYOB Support for a Security by-pass key.
