Viewing an existing timesheet adjustment entry

If you want to see details of the timesheet entries that you’ve created, run a timesheet report from Reports > Timesheets.

Why you can’t use other pages for seeing timesheet entries

Timesheet Adjustments page

You can’t see timesheet entries you’ve already created in Processing > Timesheet Adjustments because this page is only for creating new timesheet adjustments.

If you try to view an existing timesheet adjustment on the Timesheet Adjustments page by using the filter fields to find the adjustment, you’ll see a message saying that the adjustment already exists. This is because the page thinks you want to create a new adjustment with the filter details you entered.

Approvals page

On the Timesheet > Approvals page, entries with an A adjustment Type will show zeros in the Chg, NonChg, Tot Hrs, Overtime and Expenses fields.
