Using PDF Manager

Once PDF Manager is installed on your system, you can use it as part of the daily routine of your practice.

It runs automatically at startup and an icon

is placed in the system tray. When closed the icon remains in the system tray. This enables you to open it at any time and it is imported automatically when you print to the PDF Manager printer.

If you want to exit PDF Manager, right-click the system tray icon and click Stop Monitoring. Each time you reinstall PDF Manager, you need to right-click the PDF icon in the system tray and select Stop Monitoring.

If you install MYOB AE, MYOB AO, MYOB AO Classic, Profiles or Document Manager each is recognised automatically and added to the applications list in PDF Manager.

The installation also adds a larger PDF Manager icon to your desktop.
