Once PDF Manager is installed on your system, you can use it as part of the daily routine of your practice.
It runs automatically at startup and an icon is placed in the system tray. When closed the icon remains in the system tray. This enables you to open it at any time and it is imported automatically when you print to the PDF Manager printer.
