Deleting schedules

Accountants Enterprise with Practice Manager only

A schedule that has WIP entries posted against it cannot be deleted. An error message is displayed.

To delete a schedule

  1. Find and open an assignment. See Finding and opening assignments.

  2. Select the assignment to be deleted. The Assignment Details page opens.

  3. Click the Schedule tab.

  4. Click Add/Edit schedule on the Tasks bar. The Add/Edit Schedule details window opens.

  5. Highlight the row containing the schedule you want to delete.

  6. Press [Delete]. A Confirm Deletion message is displayed.

  7. Click Yes. The schedule is deleted. The stages and tasks associated with the schedule are also deleted.

  8. Click OK on the Schedule tab. The Assignment Details page closes.
