Opening expense sheets

Accountants Enterprise with Practice Manager only

There are a number of ways to open an expense sheet:

To open an expense sheet from the toolbar

Select TimesheetOpen > Expense Sheet from the toolbar. An expense sheet opens.

To open an expense sheet from the Employee page
  1. Select the Employee page > Timesheets tab.

  2. Select Expenses from the drop-down located in the top left-hand corner of the page. A list of expenses is displayed.

  3. Double-click the select expense sheet to open it.

To open an expense sheet from the TASKS bar
  1. Select the Employee page > Timesheets tab.

  2. Click Create expense sheet on the TASKS bar. The Create New Sheet window opens.

  3. Select Company if necessary from the drop-down.

  4. Select the Time Period.

  5. Click OK. An expense sheet opens.

To create the next expense sheet on the list
  1. Go to the Employee page > Timesheets tab expense view.

  2. Click Create next expense sheet on the TASKS bar. A new expense sheet is created on the list.
