Accountants Enterprise with Practice Manager only
There are a number of ways to open an expense sheet:
To open an expense sheet from the toolbar
Select Timesheet > Open > Expense Sheet from the toolbar. An expense sheet opens.
To open an expense sheet from the Employee page
Select the Employee page > Timesheets tab.
Select Expenses from the drop-down located in the top left-hand corner of the page. A list of expenses is displayed.
Double-click the select expense sheet to open it.
To open an expense sheet from the TASKS bar
Select the Employee page > Timesheets tab.
Click Create expense sheet on the TASKS bar. The Create New Sheet window opens.
Select Company if necessary from the drop-down.
Select the Time Period.
Click OK. An expense sheet opens.
To create the next expense sheet on the list
Go to the Employee page > Timesheets tab expense view.
Click Create next expense sheet on the TASKS bar. A new expense sheet is created on the list.
