0.00 transactions incorrectly appear in View Transactions for GST accounts

This support note applies to:

• AO Workpapers (AU)
• AE Workpapers (AU)

In MYOB Trial Balance (Workpapers) version 5.4.24, after migrating an AE MAS ledger to AE Ledger, in View Transactions you may notice a large number of transactions for GST accounts in the prior year that was migrated.

For example, where there are balances in an AE MAS ledger for the 2016 year and the ledger is then rolled forward to 2017 and migrated to AE Ledger, when selecting a GST account such as 891 GST Paid and clicking on View Transactions, a list of $0.00 transactions appear.

These transactions do not exist in the AE Ledger, however they appear with the journal reference or as an opening balance in the View Transactions window. This will not affect the balance of GST accounts.
