2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 years appearing when profiling documents after installing AE DM 4.0.5

This support note applies to:

• AE Document Manager (NZ)
• AE Document Manager (AU)

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise Document Manager (AE DM) Version 4.0.5, during the upgrade process the years up to 2018 have been added if they did not already exist.  This is done to decrease the amount of maintenance required each year.
If you do not want these future years to appear when profiling documents, they can be deleted.
