Accounting tab displays an Opening Written Down Value (OWDV) of zero after migrating to Assets

This support note applies to:

• AE Assets Live (AU)
• AO Assets Live (AU)

In the Client Accounting - Assets tab, you may experience assets with a depreciation method of Immediate Write Off in the Taxation tab displays an Opening Written Down Value (OWDV) of zero in the Accounting tab after migrating from Accountants Enterprise (AE) Assets.

This issue occurs where the asset is immediately written off for Taxation purposes in the current financial year, the OWDV for Accounting displays NIL instead of the OWDV in AE Assets.
