Accounts appear under both Income and Other Income in the Income Statement

This support note applies to:

• AE Statutory Reporter (AU)
• AO Statutory Reporter (AU)

When generating an Income Statement in Client Accounting version 5.4.28, the income accounts appear under both the Income and Other Income headings.

This occurs where the Display Other Income before Expenses option has been selected in the Non-Transaction data > Income Statement Options.

We're aware of this issue and we're looking into a solution.

In the meantime, to display the balances correctly, de-select the Display Other Income before Expenses checkbox in the Non-transaction data > Income Statement Options.
