Adding a Allocate column to Debtors Receipt

In MYOB Practice Manager (PM) you can add or remove headings from columns on certain screens by accessing the Field Chooser.

If you're missing columns, for example, the Allocate column within the Debtors Receipt or Debtors Ledger (when in Receipt mode) screen, you may have accidentally removed the column off the screen.

To add a column heading
  1. From the Debtors drop-down arrow and select Debtors Receipts.
  2. Right click within the grid and select Show field chooser.
  3. Drag and drop the Allocate field back onto the column heading section.
  4. Close the receipt screen by clicking the X on the top right corner to save the changes.

Do not hit the refresh icon under the Tasks panel after adding the field back, as this will remove the field.

If you're using additional monitors, drag AE/AO to the main monitor and minimise the screen with the receipt window open. Right-click an existing column header and select the Field Chooser then drag the Allocate column back to the column header section.
