Address information not displaying when printing a bill

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE), you may notice that the address details does not display when printing a bill, but shows when previewing the bill.

To resolve this issue, open Microsoft (MS) Word and follow the menu path: File > Options > Display > Printing options. Select the option Print drawings created in Word then close and reopen Word for the changes to take effect.
