ASIC forms not generating in MYOB PDF Manager

This support note applies to:

In Corporate Compliance version 3.1, when you select to print an ASIC form to MYOB PDF Manager the ASIC form is not sent to PDF Manager.

This occurs only for Windows 8.1 or later operating systems, as Windows 8.1 replaced and/or altered some fonts including Times New Roman, which is used extensively within the ASIC forms.

You may not experience an error during this process or you may receive the message "PrintBatch: Selected exporter does not support one of the features used in this report."

This may have coincided with the installation of Microsoft Windows Update KB3102429If you wish to remove this update, please refer to your IT consultant to identify if this is appropriate for your situation and how to perform this process.
