This support note applies to:

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) Document Manager (DM) when creating and saving a new document in DM, you can elect to save documents at the client or assignment level for each filing cabinet. This is a practice setting and can be either enabled or disabled.
If the ability to save a new document cannot be selected at the Assignment level, the Assignment field may appear to be disabled in the Create Document Wizard profiling screen.
If you want to enable the ability to select an assignment refer to the following information table.

To enable the ability to select an assignment, at Step 5 Part c) you will need to ensure you select the checkbox.
