Blank asset register when opening Assets in a browser

In MYOB AE Client accounting > Assets tab when you click View in browser the list of assets may not be visible in Assets in MYOB Practice.

This issue happens when the option selected at Depreciation calculation for is not the same as what's been selected in General ledger settings. Make sure these settings are always the same to avoid this issue.

For example, if you have selected Taxation in Depreciation calculation for, make sure the General ledger settings is also Taxation.
If you select Accounting and Taxation in Depreciation calculation for, you can choose either Taxation or Accounting in General ledger settings.

We recommend that the Taxation and Accounting accounts are mapped correctly in Integrated accounts in Maintain Control Group. Dont forget to click Save after you've mapped your accounts.
