Blank page randomly appears after printing to PDF Manager

Documents with a blank page may randomly appear after printing a document to PDF Manager.  These documents could appear a few minutes after the last document was printed.

This may be caused by having the Enable bidirectional support box ticked under the port settings of the PDF Manager printer setup.

For Microsoft Windows 7 machines

How to check and fix the settings
  1. Start > Programs > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers. Devices and Printers window opens.
  2. Right mouse click on MYOB PDF Manager printer and select Printing properties. MYOB PDF Manager Properties window opens.
  3. Click on Ports tab and check Enable bidirectional support box (at the bottom right box).
  4. Untick the box and select Apply button then OK (to save the changed settings).

There should not be any blank pages now displaying.
