Bookmark preview does not display the bookmarked page

This support note applies to:

• PDF Manager (AU)
• PDF Manager (NZ)

In MYOB PDF Manager version 1.7, you may experience bookmarks in the Markup tab incorrectly do not preview the bookmarked page where the document with bookmarks has been created in MYOB PDF Manager.

This issue occurs where bookmarks have been added to documents printed to PDF Manager only.

When clicking the bookmark in the Markup tab of PDF Manager the preview image does not display the bookmarked page however, when viewing the document in a PDF Reader such as Adobe Acrobat DC the bookmark navigates to the correct bookmarked page.

To prevent this issue from occuring in MYOB PDF Manager, save the orginal file as a PDF document and import the document into PDF Manager instead.
