Budget figures not clearing once job is complete
This support note applies to:
- AE Practice Manager (NZ)
- AE Practice Manager (AU)
- AO Practice Manager (NZ)
- AO Practice Manager (AU)
You may find if using Job Manager, the Budget column on the Client > Assignment tab in AE or the Client > Job tab in AO is displaying the total budget figure against the assignment or job name for all jobs. This means it will include completed jobs.
To get a breakdown of the budget figures per job/year on specific Assignments or Jobs, highlight the relevant Assignment or Job name and tick 'Include Completed Jobs'. You will then see a breakdown on the individual jobs on each assignment/job type.
