Bulk Partner Responsibility Updates not updating
This support note applies to:
- AE Practice Manager (NZ)
- AE Practice Manager (AU)
In MYOB Accountants Enterprise Practice Manager (AE PM) it is possible to do a bulk responsibility update to change all clients from one partner to another partner.
In some instances no data is updated and the hourglass appears then disappears.
To resolve this issue ensure you select today's date or a date in the future in the Date Effective field.
