This support note applies to:

In MYOB AE Practice Manager when using the merge field - PartnerMailingName in a letter, the full name of the Partner shows instead of the Mailing Name.
For eg., the letter shows Mr R J Bloggs instead of Rex Bloggs.
This issue can occur when there is no Mailing name entered in the Employee record.
- Login to MYOB AE.
- Click the arrow below the Contacts icon > Employees.
- Click Search to bring up the employee list and double click to open the employee record.
- From the left hand side, under the Employee click Edit Employee Details.
- Enter the details in the Mailing Name field.
