Sometimes MYOB Support or a Knowledge Base article needs you to know your:

  • Document Manager File Store Server location

  • machine name.

To find the Document Manager File Store Server

  1. In your MYOB software, go to Maintenance > Maintenance Maps > Documents > Document Manager Setup. The Document Manager Setup tab appears.

  2. Click the File Store tab.

To find the name of the machine with the Document Manager File Store Server

  1. In Windows, right click My Computer and choose Properties. The System Properties window appears.

  2. Scroll down to display the Computer Name.
