Client appears multiple times in the Find Clients screen in Document Manager

In MYOB Document Manager (DM), when searching for a client, the client may appear multiple times in the Find Clients screen.

The client record appears multiple times in the Find Clients because the client has more than one open Partner.

To resolve this issue, you will need to ensure that only one open Partner is assigned to the client.

Each client should have one current partner without an End Date.  If you have multiple open partners, add an End Date to the previous partner.
