Client or task code not appearing in the Timesheet screen

This support note applies to:

  • AO Practice Manager (NZ)
  • AO Practice Manager (AU)

In MYOB Accountants Office Practice Manager (AO PM) Timesheets, you may find that the Clients or Task codes are not appearing from the drop-down selection fields when using the Background Mode. 

To resolve this issue ensure you do not press the F9 key to search for the client at the Client/Job field.  

To search for a client, type the first few characters of their entity name or surname and press Enter on the keyboard to display the client or a list of clients that match the characters typed.
