In MYOB Accountants Enterprise Practice Manager (AE PM), upon first opening the Find Contacts and Find Clients views a list of the 50 most recently opened contacts is displayed.

The Contacts icon in the toolbar opens the Find Clients view. To open the Find Contacts view click the drop-down arrow below the Contacts icon and select Contacts.

The number of recently opened contacts displayed is controlled by a configuration key.  

To change the number of contacts displayed go to Maintenance > Maintenance Map > Configuration.

  1. Find the Key Name MostRecentlyUsedSize.

  2. Enter the number of clients to display into the Key Value field.

  3. Click OK to save the changes.

For the change to take effect log out of AE PM and log in again.
