Contacts not loading into the Corporate Compliance Contact Integration Manager

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) Corporate Compliance (CC) version 3.1, when you run the Contact Integration Manager you may find that AE contacts are not listed or the loading of AE Contacts hangs or fails to complete.

To successfully show AE contacts in the Contact Integration Manager copy the dal.dll file from the Corporate Compliance folder into the Utilities folder as follows:

Copy dal.dll fromCopy to:
32 bit - C:\Program files\MYOB\Corporate Compliance\32 bit - C:\Program files\MYOB\Corporate Compliance\Utilities\
64 bit - C:\Program files (x86)\MYOB\Corporate Compliance\64 bit - C:\Program files (x86)\MYOB\Corporate Compliance\Utilities\

MYOB is investigating this issue.

To copy the dal.dll file

Perform these steps on the server.

  1. Open Windows Explorer or Computer and navigate to the Corporate Compliance installation location:
    32 bit - C:\Program files\MYOB\Corporate Compliance\
    64 bit - C:\Program files (x86)\MYOB\Corporate Compliance\
    The files and folders display.
  2. Right click on the dal.dll file and select Copy. The file is copied to the Windows clipboard.
  3. Double click on the Utilities folder. The files and folders display.
  4. Right click and select Paste. The file is pasted into the Utilities folder. When you run the Contact Integration Manager the AE Contacts now show as available for matching.
