Contacts not matched when importing RA72 data into Corporate Compliance
This support note applies to:
- AE Corporate Compliance (AU)
- AO Corporate Compliance (AU)
When importing RA72 data from ASIC into Corporate Compliance, you may experience an issue where import wizard doesn't auto-match the Officers/Members on the RA72 with existing clients Corporate Compliance.
This can occur where the client name contains an apostrophe ( ' ). For example: O'Brien, O'Neil, D'Angelo.
As a workaround, manually select the correct contact from the list of clients in the software.
After selecting the correct contact, you may experience a secondary issue where the wizard creates a new contact and links the share allotments to the newly created contact, instead of the selected client.
If this occurs, manually re-create the share allotments and allocate the shares to the correct clients. You can then delete the duplicate contacts.
