Creating a new printer in System Services

MYOB AE System Release provides some default printer settings, these are called Page Setups.

To customise printing options from System Release applications, you need to create or customise a page setup in System Release.

To create a new printer in System Services

  1. Open System Release and  from the File menu, select Page Setups. The Select page setup window opens.

  2. Click New. The New Page Setup window appears.

  3. Type a printer name in the Name field. The name is applied to the new page setup.

  4. Select the Apply a default printer for this page setup option if required and complete the Printer details. The default printer details are established.

  5. Click the Page layout tab. The Page layout information appears.

  6. Amend the Page layout details as required and click OK. The Select page setup window appears.
