Date Created from Insert Merge fields in Intranet does not return correct create date on the letter

In MYOB Document Manager (DM) you may experience that the Date Created from Insert Merge fields in Intranet does not return correct CreateDate of the letter.

To fix this issue, update the Intranet standard merge field with Word merge field being CreateDate.

To update the Intranet standard merge field

To update the Intranet Stationery / Standard template with the CreateDate Word merge field, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the Stationery / Standard document from within Intranet Administration. The Stationery / Standard opens.

  2. Select Insert > QuickParts > Field. The Field window opens.

    For Microsoft Word 2013, depending on your settings the Field option my be located under: Insert > in the Text area select Quick Parts > Field.
  3. From Fields names listing highlight CreateDate and then select the date format and click OK. The Field window closes.

  4. Save and Close the Stationery / Standard document. The Stationery/Standard has now been updated.
