This support note applies to:

When clicking the "Share-It" button, you may not want to be prompted every time to publish your Document Manager files to your Portal.
By default, you are prompted with the message:
"The document has been saved into Document Manager. Do you also want to publish it to the client portal?"
To disable this prompt, you will need to add/edit a configuration key in your MYOB Accountants Enterprise software.
To add/edit a configuration key in your MYOB Accountants Enterprise software
- Open MYOB AE and log in as a Super User. MYOB AE appears.
- Follow the menu path: Maintenance > User defined > Configuration. The Configuration options appear.
Enter the following values in the first blank row at the top of the table.

HidePortalShareItPrompt | 1 | Disable auto prompts to publish to the portal |
These values are case sensitive.
- Press ENTER. The option is saved, and moved to the list below.
- Click OK. The Configuration options tab closes.
Close and restart MYOB AE. MYOB AE is restarted and the prompt no longer appears.
