When clicking the "Share-It" button, you may not want to be prompted every time to publish your Document Manager files to your Portal.
By default, you are prompted with the message:
"The document has been saved into Document Manager. Do you also want to publish it to the client portal?"
To disable this prompt, you will need to add/edit a configuration key in your MYOB Accountants Enterprise software.
To add/edit a configuration key in your MYOB Accountants Enterprise software

Open MYOB AE and log in as a Super User. MYOB AE appears.

Follow the menu path: Maintenance > User defined > Configuration. The Configuration options appear.

Enter the following values in the first blank row at the top of the table.

These values are case sensitive.

Press ENTER. The option is saved, and moved to the list below.

Click OK. The Configuration options tab closes.

Close and restart MYOB AE. MYOB AE is restarted and the prompt no longer appears.
