Displaying master paragraphs in order

This support note applies to:

• AE Practice Manager (NZ)
• AE Practice Manager (AU)
• AO Practice Manager (NZ)
• AO Practice Manager (AU)

In MYOB Practice Manager if user has clicked the Para No field at Stage Three of Billing wizard, the order of the paragraphs inserted in the bill are not correct so the display can be in descending order.

To fix the issue :

1. Login as the user having the issue.
2. Open up the draft bill and click the Bills Paragraph icon to open up Stage Three of the Billing Wizard, click the Para No heading to sort the paragraphs into correct ascending order.
3. Click Next till the Finish option appears.

System should then remember these settings.
