Documents from Document Manager with "In Progress" status showing as Checked Out after being viewed via Workpapers

This support note applies to:

• AE Workpapers (AU)
• AO Workpapers (AU)

In Document Manager, if you set the preferences for documents with the status of "In Progress" to be opened Read Only, if you then open these documents via Workpapers, they subsequently show as "Checked Out" in Document Manager.

When this occurs, in Document Manager manually Check In any In Progress documents that are viewed via Workpapers and show as Checked Out.

MYOB is investigating this issue.
