This support note applies to:

In MYOB Practice Manager you may find on a workstation that the drop-down arrows under the Menu items are missing.
To resolve this you will need to ensure the Display settings on the workstation are set to Smaller - 100% (default).
- Right-click on the Windows Desktop and select Personalize. The Personalization window appears.
- Click Display from bottom left corner. The Display settings appear.
Select Smaller - 100% (default) and click Apply. The display settings are now saved.You may need to reboot your workstation for the change to take effect.
