In MYOB Accountants Office Classic if the "Error: 114/Index does not match the table" appears when opening a ledger (or any time a ledger is accessed), you'll need to run one of the following options:

Clone the ledger and after opening it, reindex the ledger (File menu > Housekeeping > ...) or

Open the ledger's data folder in Windows Explorer (e.g. F:\MYOBAO\Data\GL\Clnt55) and delete all cdx type files. Open the ledger and reindex it (File menu > Housekeeping > ...).
