Error: "403" when selecting Save or Save With

In MYOB PDF Manager you may experience the following error "403" when selecting the Save or Save With function from the either the File menu or the PDF Tasks panel.

This error can occur as a result of PDF Manager crashing unexpectedly and therefore some features within the application may not function correctly.

To fix the issue
  1. Right click PDF Manager icon in the system tray in the bottom right-hand corner of your computer. The MYOB PDF Manager window displays.
  2. Select Stop Monitoring. The PDF Manager icon disappears from the system tray.
  3. Launch PDF Manager by selecting Start > All Programs > Startup > PDF Manager. The PDF Manager software opens.

    Should the error persist it is recommended to restart the effected workstation.
