This support note applies to:

In MYOB PDF Manager you may experience the error "There was an error processing the page. There was a problem reading this document (15)" in Adobe Reader when saving a document from PDF Manager.
MYOB has addressed this issue in MYOB PDF Manager, version 1.7.
Please refer to the my.MYOB Product Downloads page, Australia to download the latest release.
If issue persists after upgrading perform the following instructions:
First check if Adobe Reader version is 9.4.1 or above, by going to the Help > About Adobe Reader.
If you have version 9 or less, please upgrade Adobe Reader to version 9.4.1 or above.
- In PDF Manager click on Help > About > System Info and note down the PDF Program Path for example, C:\Program Files (x86)\MYOB\PDF Manager.
- In Windows Explorer navigate to the path and highlight the folder.
- Highlight the PDF Manager folder, right mouse click and select Properties and then the Security tab.
- If on a terminal server, ensure the Group - Users Group has Full Control, not just Read/Write.
- If single workstation - ensure your name is listed with Full Control
