Error: "Application template not found" when launching Tax or MAS from AE Practice Manager

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise Practice Manager (AE PM) you may see the following error "Application template not found" when launching into Tax or Management Accounting System (MAS) applications from AE PM.
This message indicates that the ledger path is incorrect in the Configuration table.
The instructions below use the example launching AE Tax installed in E:\sol63 directory and launching AE MAS installed in the C:\S6client directory.
You can copy these commands from this article and paste into the Configuration table and update the relevant specific information relating to your installation, for example the installed location and the current tax year.
