Error: "Could not find a folder for the supplied path name" when lodging via CloudAUTH

This support note applies to:

In MYOB Tax using PLS (CloudAuth) you may experience the error "Could not find a folder for the supplied path name whilst lodging via CloudAUTH" when attempting to lodge.

This error indicates that the SR DAL Service has stopped or is not responding. 

To resolve this issue restart SR DAL Service and attempt to lodge again.  For details refer to Stopping and starting System Release DAL
