Error: "Could not find a part of the path" when running a scheduled backup

In MYOB Practice Manager (PM) you may experience the error "Could not find part of the path M:\SOL64" or similar when running a scheduled backup from PM.

This error indicates that the Tax Program Path under Maintenance > Tax > Settings is in lower case.

To resolve this error click on Edit connection details on the left hand Tasks panel, and select the Tax tab.   Change this path to be in upper case.

MYOB has addressed this issue in MYOB Practice Manager, version 5.4. Please refer to the my.MYOB Product Downloads page, Australia or New Zealand to download the latest release.
