Error: "Createmailmergefile.comerror word cannot start the converter SSPDFCG.cnv"

This support note applies to:

• AO Document Manager (AU)
• AO Document Manager (NZ)
• AE Document Manager (NZ)
• AE Document Manager (AU)

The error CreateMailMergefile. COMError: Word cannot start the converter SSPDFCG_x64.cnv is caused by a 3rd party PDF generator.

Please navigate to the folder c:\program files (x86)\common files\microsoft shared\textconv and rename SSPDFCG_x64.cnv file to SSPDFCG_x64.OLD.

This should not affect the 3rd party PDF generator but will remove the error from MYOB Document Manager.
