Error: "Database version is 3.2.1466, expected version is 3.2.1475" when accessing Corporate Compliance

This support note applies to:

  • AO Corporate Compliance (AU)
  • AE Corporate Compliance (AU)

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) Corporate Compliance (CC) version 3.2 you may experience the error "Database version is 3.2.1466, expected version is 3.2.1475" when attempting to access Corporate Compliance.

To resolve this error, run a Database Update on the Corporate Compliance database.

 If you continue to experience this error after performing a Database Update, contact our Support Team and quote KB 33201.

To perform a Database Update
  1. From the desktop, follow the menu path: Start > All Programs > MYOB > Corporate Compliance Utilities > Utilities. The Corporate Compliance Utilities window appears.
  2. Within the Tools menu select Update database. The Update Corporate Compliance database window appears.
  3. Click Update. The Database Upgrade is now complete.

If client still experiences the error after performing a Database Update, request for the client's database and run through run the Database Update and through Corporate Compliance Utilities via Tools run Database Update.
