In MYOB Document Manager, the error "DMFile.SentNewEmail A dialog box is open. Close it and try again" may appear when sending emails for approval and when selecting the option to Edit Email Before Sending.
When the error occurs click OK, and navigate to your Drafts folder in Outlook and open the Approval email and click send.
Alternatively, ensure the email to be approved is closed prior to starting the approval process, then highlight the email document via Document Manager and select Approval from the Tasks panel. You are then able to edit the approval email.
