This support note applies to:

In MYOB Practice Manager, you may encounter the error "DMFile.SentnewEmail. OutlookApplicationHelper.SentNewEmail Outlook does not recognise one or more name" when approving an email.
This means that the email address has not been added to the Personal tab under Employees.
To resolve this issue, from the Personal tab of the employee, right click the email address and type over the current details with the new email address.
