In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) or Accountants Office (AO), you may receive one of the following error/s when previewing an invoice or bill:

Document creation failed: the network path was not found
-
Document creation failed: the network name cannot be found
This error commonly occurs after performing a server migration where the Document Style settings, Mailing Settings and Document Creation Settings have not been updated to refer to the new location of your documents and templates.
