This issue indicates the DS6OP010 file for System Release is corrupt and needs to be restored and rebuilt.
Before you begin, you will need to find out the location of your SOL64 folder. For more information refer to Finding the System Release directory if I use Contacts or Client Compliance to access AE Tax
Once you know the location of your SOL64 folder, follow Performing a System Services Data File Rebuild to restore and rebuild the DSOP010 file
